With the cost of repairing the computer equipment at a maximum of a third
of the price of replacement, it is far cheaper to try repair the equipment first.

Software errors are common! Our philosophy is: Try get to the root of
the problem versus doing a full reload of the software as this wastes both time and money and saves the customer frustration of downtime.
